What Residential Roofing Covers

"Residential roofing" isn't a single service so much as an umbrella over everything a homeowner's roof might need over its lifetime. Most of our residential work falls into a few buckets:

  • Routine and storm-triggered repairs — leaks, flashing, missing shingles, and everything covered in more detail on our roof repair page.
  • Full tear-off replacement — when a roof has reached the end of its useful life or repair no longer makes financial sense.
  • Material selection — asphalt shingle, standing seam metal, or a mix, matched to your home's slope and your budget.
  • Gutter and drainage work — protecting the roof investment once it's in place.

Why Homeowners Choose Us

  1. A free, no-pressure inspection with photos, whether or not you move forward.
  2. Written, itemized estimates — no vague verbal numbers.
  3. A local crew that's still around next year if a warranty issue comes up.
  4. Straight answers on repair vs. replacement, without a sales pitch either way.

FAQ

Residential Roofing Questions

Do you work on all types of homes, or just certain styles?

We work on the full range of homes across East Dallas — the brick ranch homes common in Buckner Terrace and Pleasant Grove, newer infill construction, and everything in between. Roof age and condition matter more than the home's age or style.

How often should a residential roof be inspected?

We recommend an inspection after any major hail or wind event, and otherwise roughly every two to three years once a roof passes the 10-year mark, so small issues get caught before they become interior damage.

Can you match my existing shingle color if I just need a section replaced?

We'll do our best, but exact matches aren't guaranteed on older roofs — shingle colors and product lines change over time, and sun-faded existing shingles rarely match brand-new ones perfectly regardless of the batch.

Do you offer financing for larger residential projects?

We can walk through payment structure options during your estimate. The specifics depend on project size and current offerings, so it's best discussed directly rather than assumed from a general answer here.
